MY WELLNESS 2.0

Welcome

Welcome to My Wellness 2.0

My focus is to improve awareness, resiliance and hope by addressing limitations and obstacles caused by trauma; experienced or observed.

Trauma can create additional complexities or exadurate existing qualities.

It is a refection from my extended journey of self discovery, acceptance and healing.

I would describe myself as a VSP, a very sensitive person.  I am also complicated as my actions, beliefs and values can commonly conflict.

I'm not opposed to lables as long as I can understand they belong to me, and not me to IT.

Traits are numerous and graded from mild to sever and during different seasons of our living, can come with additional qualities.

From my observation and experience 'It is human' to be part of a mixed bag of qualities; especially for those who consicously life and try to participate.

Although I identify myself as mostly a VSP, I am familiar with qualities incuding black and white thinking aka decisive; rule follower (and breaker when the rule contradicts its given purpose), strong sense of right and wrong aka advocate.

I highly believe every body - soul has the right to be safe.

I also highly value autonomy, for me it is a mix of agency and personal freedom; to be as we are.

Which is where most of my complexities lie.

I can't value autonomy if I deny someone who behaves differently;

I cannot force/ munipulate another person's decision.  It must be their consicous decision/ choice; even if their decision is made from a process of elimination.  It must be their owned decision.
